With nearly thirty years of construction and program management experience in this region, serving as the Owner's Representative or as a Construction Manager, I have valuable experience in many aspects of building construction and development projects. This experience is beneficial in working with all parties, and in all stages of the project cycle. Some of the services that I provide are listed below. 

• Owner Representation - As an Owner's Rep, I serve as the project leader and liaison for design, construction, and procurement activities, working solely on behalf of the owners and investors.
• Construction Monitoring - Construction monitoring services can be tailored to the needs of the institution but typically include monthly, weekly, or daily review of work in place, contractor schedules, and validation of payment records and documentation for lending institutions.
• Constructability Reviews - Assist owners and designers with a comprehensive review of the intended construction types, building materials used, and construction means methods to evaluate cost-benefit, efficiency, program fulfillment, and scheduling requirements.
• Contractor Operations - Consulting with contractors on operational and process-related improvements to better serve their clients or enter new markets.
• Staffing support - Assisting contractors with contract-based or part-time management support for contractors experiencing short-term understaffing. I can also provide specific assistance with project planning, subcontract matters, administration, or punchlist & closeout.
